Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access — ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data where there is no good reason for us to keep it.
  • Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data, for example while we check a correction.
  • Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
  • Portability — receive data you gave us in a structured, commonly used format.

How to make a request

Email hello@proxyglance.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line and tell us which right you want to use. To help us find your data, include:

  • The email address you used to contact us, if your request is about correspondence.
  • The approximate date and time of your visit and your IP address, if your request is about server logs.

We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We respond within one month, and will tell you if we need longer for a complex request, as the law allows. Requests are free unless they are clearly unfounded or excessive.

International transfers

Our hosting, analytics (Google) and email providers may process data outside the UK or the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
