Enterprises that need maximum coverage, granular targeting and compliance paperwork.
Budget-conscious scraping and monitoring teams that want low per-GB prices with no subscription and no traffic expiry.
Small and mid-size teams that want good-value residential or mobile proxies with self-service.
Users who want a low flat per-GB rate and the freedom to switch between residential, mobile and datacenter IPs on one balance.
Price-sensitive, high-volume scraping teams that buy large bandwidth commitments and don't need a very large residential pool.
Businesses that want an ISO-certified provider with identity checks and a published consent-based sourcing model, at mid-market prices.
Individuals and businesses that want a private, non-shared set of residential or mobile IPs for account management, e-commerce or scraping.
Budget buyers doing multi-accounting, ad work or scraping who can do without formal compliance documentation.
Users who want residential traffic that never expires and short daily rentals of dedicated ISP, datacenter or mobile IPs.
Multi-accounting, social media and automation work that needs clean, long-lived sticky sessions more than the lowest per-GB price.
Teams buying 300 GB or more of residential traffic a month who want ISP, datacenter and scraping APIs on the same account.
Antidetect-browser, ad-verification and browser-automation work that needs long sticky sessions and ZIP or ASN targeting, at moderate volumes.
Businesses that need high-volume or finely targeted residential and datacenter traffic.
Multi-accounting and antidetect-browser users who want to trade pool size for cleaner IPs and test the difference on small monthly packs.
High-volume scraping teams that buy 150 GB or more of residential traffic a month and want proxies and scraping APIs from one provider.
Budget datacenter proxy users and developers who want to start on a free plan and build a custom plan.

This directory lists proxy providers we track, with the facts that matter when you're choosing one: starting prices, pool sizes, country coverage, supported protocols and targeting options. Every provider appears once, with all the proxy types it sells, and you can filter, sort and switch to a side-by-side comparison.
Most providers sell several proxy types. If you already know which one you need, jump straight to residential, mobile, ISP, static residential or datacenter proxies — each page shows the price and coverage for that type specifically.
Starting prices are taken from each provider's public pricing page and are the lowest published self-serve rate, excluding temporary coupons and contact-sales tiers. They change often, so check the provider's site before you buy. Read how we collect and check this data in our review process.
Start with the proxy type your targets need, then compare the price at the volume you will actually use, the countries and targeting options you need, session control, and the provider's trial and refund terms. Our buyer's guides walk through each proxy type in detail.
Residential proxies use IPs assigned to real home connections and are the hardest to block. Datacenter proxies use IPs owned by hosting companies: fast and cheap, but easier to detect. ISP proxies combine the two: IPs registered to consumer ISPs, hosted on datacenter servers.
Rotating residential and mobile proxies are usually billed by traffic (per GB), while static ISP and datacenter proxies are usually billed per IP per month. Compare prices in the same unit, and at the plan size you expect to buy.
Every provider shows a last reviewed date. We re-check pricing and features when vendors announce changes and at least every six months.
