Our verdict
Rotating residential and mobile proxies with a private IP allocation per customer, sold as fixed 30–90 day plans or enterprise per-GB plans from $2,000/month.
Best for: Individuals and businesses that want a private, non-shared set of residential or mobile IPs for account management, e-commerce or scraping.
From
$10.00
per GB
Pros
- Each customer gets a private allocation of IPs, not a shared pool
- Unused data rolls over when the plan is renewed before it expires
- No limit on concurrent sessions
Cons
- Individual residential plans cost about $10–17.50/GB
- Data expires after the plan period (30–90 days) unless renewed
- All sales final, and no free trial for individual buyers
Live Proxies sells rotating residential and rotating mobile proxies with one unusual feature: on its individual plans, the IPs you get are allocated privately to you rather than drawn from a pool that every customer shares at the same moment. Plans are sold as fixed bundles of data, IPs and days (for example 4 GB, 200 IPs and 30 days), alongside unmetered plans priced by IP count and custom per-GB plans for businesses.
That model makes Live Proxies a niche choice rather than a general-purpose one. If you manage accounts, run sneaker or e-commerce tools, or simply want IPs that other customers aren't burning on the same targets, private allocation is a real advantage. If you need cheap bulk traffic, deep targeting outside the US, or the safety net of a trial or refund, other providers serve you better. This review explains where that line falls.
How we reviewed Live Proxies
We reviewed Live Proxies' official product pages, pricing page, help center documentation, terms of service, refund, privacy and acceptable-use pages in November 2026, and compared Live Proxies on our published criteria. This review is based on published specifications, documentation and policies. We have not yet published our own speed or success-rate benchmark for Live Proxies, so any performance figures below are Live Proxies' own claims. Read more about how we review proxy providers.

Live Proxies proxy products
Live Proxies keeps its line-up small: residential and mobile IPs from real devices, sold in two very different ways depending on whether you buy as an individual or as a business. Everything is rotating residential or mobile; Live Proxies' help center states plainly that it does not sell ISP or datacenter proxies.
How private IP allocation works
Most residential providers give every customer access to the same large pool, so the IP you get for a request may have been used by someone else on the same website a minute earlier. Live Proxies' B2C plans work differently. When you buy, for example, a 200-IP US plan, you receive a list of 200 proxy lines, and each line maps to one residential IP that is assigned to you alone at that moment.
Those IPs are still real home or mobile devices, so they come and go. Live Proxies says it monitors your private IPs and swaps in fresh ones in the background when a device goes offline or an IP stops working. Its help center gives an example: a 500-IP plan always has 500 unique IPs at any moment, and over a 30-day cycle you could see up to about 750 unique IPs, a variation rate of roughly 50%. A separate article says the IPs behind residential proxies change on average about twice a month.
The practical benefits are cleaner IPs on popular targets (other customers aren't hammering them with your IPs) and a stable, known set of endpoints you can assign to accounts or tasks. The trade-off is scale: a B2C plan tops out at 500 IPs, and you can't target individual cities on those plans.
Rotating residential proxies
Rotating residential proxies are the core product. On B2C plans you pick a location when you buy: one of 21 countries (Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, France, Ireland, Israel, India, Italy, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Turkey, the UK and the US), a US state, or the Random Location (RL) pool, which mixes IPs from countries other than the US, UK and Canada at a lower price. You can't switch a plan's country after purchase, but you can hold several plans on one account and use them at the same time.
Each proxy is delivered in a sticky format: the help center describes sessions of about 60 minutes, after which the IP rotates. Live Proxies says you can use the proxies without stickiness, but its own product FAQ doesn't recommend it, warning that it can slow ping times. There's no stated limit on threads or concurrent sessions.
Live Proxies claims over 98% success rates, under 1-second response times and 99% uptime on the residential product page, while its enterprise page quotes a 0.5-second response time and a 99.97% success rate. We haven't verified either set of numbers.
Best for: account management, e-commerce and sneaker tools, social media work, smaller scraping projects that benefit from IPs other customers aren't using.
US state proxies
Live Proxies also sells rotating residential plans for individual US states. These are bought separately from the main US plan and come in both metered and unmetered versions. On 4 November 2026, every state plan on the pricing page was marked sold out, so treat state targeting as something to check for availability rather than count on.
Rotating mobile proxies
Mobile proxies use the same private-allocation model with IPs that come only from devices on mobile carrier connections. Live Proxies says that when a device switches to Wi-Fi or Ethernet, its IP is moved out of the mobile pool and into the residential pool, so mobile plans only contain carrier IPs. Sticky sessions last up to 30 minutes.
B2C mobile plans were available for the US, UK and Canada on 4 November 2026; the Random Location mobile plans were sold out. Live Proxies doesn't publish carrier lists or carrier targeting for B2C buyers, offers no unmetered mobile plans and no static mobile IPs.
Best for: social media accounts, mobile app and ad testing, targets that are strict with residential IPs.
Static residential proxies
Live Proxies lists a static residential product (residential IPs that have stayed connected to its network for 30 days or longer), but the pricing page marks it as "Permanently Unavailable" and every static plan as sold out. Its own documentation is also cautious about the product: the help center explains that these IPs can still change over time and recommends ISP or datacenter proxies if you need the same IP for months. The product page says static plans are US only, while an older help article lists US, Canada, UK and RL. If you need static IPs today, look at our static residential proxy providers instead.
Enterprise (B2B) plans
The enterprise offer is effectively a different product. Instead of a private list of up to 500 IPs, B2B customers get access to the wider pool of 10M+ IPs across 55 countries, pay per GB, and can allocate proxies by ZIP code, city or ISP. Live Proxies also says B2B plans use dedicated IPs to ensure no overlap between clients on the same target sites, and that custom plans run on a dedicated server with one user per server.
B2B plans add SOCKS5 support, full API access for tracking usage, a Zone feature for labelling usage by team member or server, a Data Transfer feature for moving data to other accounts (minimum 500 GB per transfer, one way only), whitelisting of up to six source IPs, and a dedicated account manager with a private Discord channel. Unmetered plans are not available on B2B. Getting started requires KYC and, typically, a free trial after a short call.
Live Proxies pricing
Live Proxies sells B2C plans as one-off purchases with a fixed amount of data, a fixed number of IPs and a fixed validity period. The plan ends when either the data runs out or the period ends, whichever comes first. All prices below are from Live Proxies' pricing page on 4 November 2026, in US dollars; the page doesn't say whether taxes are added at checkout.
Rotating residential pricing (US, UK, Canada and other single countries)
The same price list applies to the US, UK, Canada and the 18 other single-country locations.
| Plan | IPs | Price | Price per GB |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4 GB / 30 days | 200 | $70 | $17.50 |
| 4 GB / 45 days | 350 | $95 | $23.75 |
| 4 GB / 60 days | 200 | $85 | $21.25 |
| 4 GB / 90 days | 350 | $115 | $28.75 |
| 8 GB / 30 days | 200 | $100 | $12.50 |
| 8 GB / 45 days | 350 | $140 | $17.50 |
| 8 GB / 60 days | 200 | $115 | $14.38 |
| 8 GB / 90 days | 350 | $155 | $19.38 |
| 16 GB / 30 days | 200 | $140 | $8.75 |
| 16 GB / 45 days | 350 | $180 | $11.25 |
| 16 GB / 60 days | 200 | $155 | $9.69 |
| 16 GB / 90 days | 350 | $195 | $12.19 |
| 25 GB / 60 days | 500 | $300 | $12.00 |
| 25 GB / 90 days | 500 | $330 | $13.20 |
| 50 GB / 60 days | 500 | $500 | $10.00 |
| 50 GB / 90 days | 500 | $530 | $10.60 |
Two patterns stand out. First, you pay extra for more IPs and longer validity, not just for more data: the 16 GB, 30-day plan with 200 IPs is the cheapest per GB on the whole list, cheaper than the 25 GB and 50 GB plans. Second, the price per GB is high by market standards. Canada also has a 100 GB / 60 days plan with 500 IPs for $700 ($7/GB), which matches the "starting at $7/GB" figure on Live Proxies' residential product page.
Random Location (RL) residential pricing
RL plans draw from countries other than the US, UK and Canada, without a choice of country, and cost about a third less:
| Plan | IPs | Price | Price per GB |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4 GB / 30 days | 200 | $45 | $11.25 |
| 8 GB / 30 days | 200 | $65 | $8.13 |
| 16 GB / 30 days | 200 | $95 | $5.94 |
| 16 GB / 90 days | 350 | $135 | $8.44 |
| 25 GB / 60 days | 500 | $205 | $8.20 |
| 50 GB / 60 days | 500 | $345 | $6.90 |
| 100 GB / 60 days | 500 | $490 | $4.90 |
| 100 GB / 90 days | 500 | $515 | $5.15 |
RL also has 45-, 60- and 90-day versions of the 4 GB, 8 GB and 16 GB plans (from $60 to $135), not all shown above.
Unmetered residential pricing
Unmetered plans charge for a set number of private IPs over 30 days, with no data cap:
| Location | 25 IPs | 50 IPs | 100 IPs |
|---|---|---|---|
| US, UK, Canada and other single countries | $130 | $205 | $330 |
| Random Location | $90 | $140 | $220 |
Unmetered plans come with conditions. You must whitelist at least one source IP before the proxies work (up to three per plan), Live Proxies applies "ethical usage limits", and it says accounts that abuse an unmetered plan will be blocked and the plan cancelled. Its help center also warns that unmetered plans can be a poor fit for sneaker bots and tools that route traffic through third-party servers or captcha solvers, because those servers aren't whitelisted.
Rotating mobile pricing
| Plan | IPs | Price | Price per GB |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4 GB / 30 days | 50 | $70 | $17.50 |
| 8 GB / 45 days | 100 | $120 | $15.00 |
Those two plans are available for the US, UK and Canada. The cheaper Random Location mobile plans (4, 8 and 16 GB, from $55) were listed as sold out.
Enterprise (B2B) pricing
| Monthly volume | Price per month | Price per GB |
|---|---|---|
| 1 TB | $2,000 | $2.00 |
| 2 TB | $3,500 | $1.75 |
| 3 TB | $4,500 | $1.50 |
| 5 TB | $6,250 | $1.25 |
| 10 TB | $10,000 | $1.00 |
| 25 TB | $25,000 | $0.80 |
Live Proxies calls these prices "indicative" and says they can vary with feature requirements, target websites and customer profile. Its pages disagree slightly on the entry point: the enterprise page and one help article say custom plans start at $2,000 a month, while the same help article also says custom plans start from a minimum of $5,000 a month. The residential product page says B2B pricing goes "as low as $1.00/GB", which matches the 10 TB tier rather than the 25 TB tier.
Expiry, rollover, renewal and refunds
- Expiry: each B2C plan lasts 30, 45, 60 or 90 days. It also ends early if you use up its data.
- Rollover: unused data carries over only if you buy a new plan of the same product type before the current one expires. The new plan waits in "standby" mode and activates when the current one ends, taking the leftover data with it. Live Proxies' help center says the plans must have the same specifications, such as IP count and plan size, but its own worked example rolls 10 GB from a 200-IP plan into a 350-IP, 25 GB plan, so ask support if you plan to switch sizes.
- Standby limits: you can't use an active plan and a standby plan of the same product at the same time. To add capacity immediately, you need a different product or location, or a second account.
- Renewal: the refund policy says Live Proxies does not offer auto-renewal or subscriptions, and several help articles explain why. A 2025 help article, however, says optional auto-renewal is available and charges the same plan when 80% of the data is used or 3 days before expiry. Check your dashboard to see which applies to your account.
- Data counting: since January 2026, both download and upload traffic count toward your data allowance.
- Refunds: all sales are final. A refund is possible only if you bought the wrong product by accident, haven't used it and ask within 3 days. If a technical problem on Live Proxies' side blocks access, it compensates with free data or a free extension, and sometimes a refund.
- Free trial: none for B2C. Businesses can request a free trial after verification.
- Payment: Stripe checkout with credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay; PayPal and Zelle are also accepted for B2B custom plans. Cryptocurrency isn't listed. Discount codes appear in a pop-up on the pricing page and in Live Proxies' Discord server.
Worked example: what 15 GB a month costs
Say you run a few e-commerce or social accounts from US residential IPs and use about 15 GB a month.
| Option | Cost per month | Effective price per GB | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| US 16 GB / 30 days (200 IPs) | $140 | $8.75 | Cheapest fit; renew before day 30 to roll over the spare 1 GB |
| US 16 GB / 45 days (350 IPs) | $180 per 45 days (about $120 per 30 days) | $11.25 | More IPs and time, but more per GB |
| Two US 8 GB / 30 days plans | $200 | $12.50 | Second plan would sit in standby, so this doesn't work as a top-up |
| RL 16 GB / 30 days (200 IPs) | $95 | $5.94 | Only if you don't need US, UK or Canada IPs |
| US unmetered, 50 IPs | $205 | Not metered | Requires source-IP whitelisting |
For the same 15 GB, a shared-pool provider charging $3 to $4 per GB would cost $45 to $60. The extra you pay at Live Proxies is the price of private allocation, so it only makes sense if that matters to your use case.
Features and dashboard
Live Proxies' dashboard is built around plans rather than a single traffic balance. From it you can:
- Download your proxy list. Each B2C plan produces a list of proxy lines in
IP:PORT:USERNAME:PASSWORDformat, one per private IP. If a standby plan with a different IP count activates, you need to re-download the list. - Whitelist source IPs. Optional on metered plans (up to six IPs), mandatory on unmetered plans (up to three per plan).
- Track usage. Usage analytics show traffic by plan, source IP and target domain, updated every 5 to 10 minutes. Entries under 0.001 GB are hidden.
- Manage standby plans and reminders. Queue a renewal as a standby plan and turn on email reminders, which Live Proxies says arrive seven days before a plan expires.
- Generate B2B endpoints. Enterprise users get an endpoint generator with country, city and session settings, the Zone feature for labelling usage, and the Data Transfer tool.
On API access, Live Proxies' own comparison table lists B2C plans as having limited API access and B2B as full access. A 2025 help article says the API lets you manage your account, track usage and rotate IPs, but we couldn't find public API reference documentation.
Other tools include a free Proxy Tester desktop application (Windows only, according to the help center) and setup guides for antidetect browsers and automation tools. Live Proxies lists integrations with GoLogin, AdsPower, Multilogin, GeeLark, Insomniac Browser, Proxifier, PhantomBuster and AYCD, plus Selenium, Puppeteer, Playwright, Scrapy, BeautifulSoup and Octoparse. Live Proxies doesn't currently sell a scraping API; its help center says one is in development.
Setting up Live Proxies
After purchase, proxies appear in the dashboard straight away, but Live Proxies says network activation takes about 10 minutes (pricing page) or up to 20 minutes (help center). Connection errors in that window are expected.
B2C plans don't use a single gateway with targeting parameters. Instead, you download a list in which each line is a ready-made proxy for one private IP. Live Proxies documents the format like this:
Format: IP:PORT:USERNAME:PASSWORD
Example: PROXY_IP:7383:USERNAME-1:PASSWORD
PROXY_IP:7383:USERNAME-2:PASSWORD
PROXY_IP:7383:USERNAME-3:PASSWORD
The host and port come from your dashboard (Live Proxies' own examples use port 7383). The username follows a pattern like LV12345678-AbCdEfGh-1, and the number at the end, just before the password, identifies the private IP. That's why lines in your list look almost identical: according to Live Proxies, each distinct final digit is a different IP. Location is fixed by the plan you bought, and stickiness is built in, so there are no country or session parameters to add on B2C plans.
Live Proxies' documented test is a simple curl request to an IP lookup service:
curl -x "USERNAME-1:PASSWORD@PROXY_IP:7383" "https://ipinfo.io/"
In Python, the same proxy works with the requests library:
import requests
proxy = "http://USERNAME-1:PASSWORD@PROXY_IP:7383"
proxies = {"http": proxy, "https": proxy}
response = requests.get("https://ipinfo.io/json", proxies=proxies, timeout=30)
print(response.json())
To spread tasks across your private IPs, rotate through the lines in your list (for example, one account per line) rather than changing parameters.
B2B plans use a gateway with username parameters instead. Live Proxies' BitBrowser setup guide describes b2b.liveproxies.io on port 7383 for HTTP(S) and socks.liveproxies.io on port 1080 for SOCKS5, with targeting added to the username, for example USERNAME-country-us, USERNAME-country-us-city-newyork or USERNAME-session-abc123 for a sticky session. The same guide also refers to proxy.liveproxies.io on port 8080, so copy the exact host, port and syntax from your dashboard's endpoint generator rather than from the guide.
Two common errors are worth knowing. A 407 response usually means an expired plan, an outdated proxy list, or an unmetered plan with no whitelisted source IP. If your bot or captcha solver runs on third-party servers, leave whitelisting empty on metered plans so those servers can authenticate with username and password.
IP sourcing, compliance and policies
Live Proxies says it sources its residential and mobile IPs directly through partnerships with app developers who integrate its SDK. Its SDK page says end users are "fully informed and consenting" and receive benefits such as an ad-free experience or exclusive content in exchange for joining the network, and that app developers are paid based on user activity, location and bandwidth. It doesn't publish the consent screen, an independent audit, or membership of an industry body such as the EWDCI, and it lists no security certifications. Compared with providers that document their consent flow in detail, that's a thin trust record.
On acceptable use, the terms of service prohibit illegal activity, spam and unsolicited bulk email, hacking or cracking, intellectual-property and privacy violations, malware and similar abuse. Live Proxies' pages are inconsistent on blocked targets: 2025 help articles say there are no domain blocks on its network, while older articles say it blacklists domains associated with spam or malware, returns an "access denied" error for them and doesn't publish the list. It also blacklists source IPs associated with suspicious requests and says staff review network traffic several times a day.
For customers, KYC depends on the plan family. Individual plans activate without approval, which is convenient but means Live Proxies relies on monitoring rather than vetting. B2B customers go through KYC, and the free trial is limited to registered businesses with a professional email domain and a legitimate use case.
The privacy policy covers account data (email and name), payment details processed for billing, and log data such as IP address, browser and ISP when you visit the site. It lists access, correction, objection and erasure rights, says personal data is kept as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations, and allows disclosure to authorities in response to lawful requests. It doesn't describe how long proxy traffic logs are kept.
Customer support and documentation
Live Proxies offers 24/7 support through two main channels: a private Discord server, which you join by verifying a purchase receipt, and a ticket system in its help center. Email support is also listed in the refund policy. Enterprise customers get a dedicated account manager and a private Discord channel with access to the technical team, and the enterprise page mentions a developer and support agent assigned to each account.
The help center covers buying, renewals, rollover, whitelisting, status codes and plan rules in plain language, and it's the best place to understand how the plan system works. Its weaknesses are age and gaps. Several articles are still marked "Coming soon", some date from 2023 and contradict newer pages (on protocols, auto-renewal, available regions and blocked domains), and there's no public API reference. Expect to ask support to confirm details before a large purchase.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Private IP allocation on individual plans, so other customers aren't using your IPs at the same time
- Plans with 200 to 500 IPs suit account management and multi-task setups
- Unused data rolls over when you queue a renewal before the plan expires
- Unmetered plans priced by IP count are available on residential
- No stated limit on concurrent sessions
- Enterprise rates fall from $2/GB at 1 TB to $0.80/GB at 25 TB
Cons
- Individual residential plans cost $8.75 to $28.75/GB in the US, UK and Canada
- No free trial for individuals and all sales are final
- Data expires after 30 to 90 days if you don't renew in time
- No city or ZIP targeting on individual plans, and every US state plan was sold out
- Static residential is unavailable and mobile covers only the US, UK and Canada
- Official pages contradict each other on protocols, auto-renewal, blocked domains and minimum spend
Who should (and shouldn't) use Live Proxies
Live Proxies is a good fit if you are:
- Managing multiple accounts on social media, marketplaces or e-commerce sites and want a stable, private set of residential or mobile IPs to assign one per account.
- Running sneaker, retail or ticketing tools that suffer when shared-pool IPs are already flagged on the target site, and you can live with Live Proxies' notes on whitelisting.
- Working mainly in the US, UK or Canada, where Live Proxies says its coverage is strongest and where mobile plans are available.
- A business buying 1 TB a month or more that wants per-GB enterprise pricing, SOCKS5, city or ZIP allocation and a dedicated account manager, and is happy to go through KYC.
Look elsewhere if you are:
- Scraping at volume on a budget. At $8.75/GB or more for US residential traffic, shared-pool providers are several times cheaper. See our residential proxy directory.
- Needing city, ZIP or ASN targeting without an enterprise contract.
- Using proxies irregularly. Data that expires after 30 to 90 days penalises occasional use; providers whose traffic never expires suit you better.
- Wanting to test before you pay. There's no individual trial and no refund once you've used the plan.
- Looking for static residential, ISP or datacenter proxies, which Live Proxies doesn't currently sell.
Live Proxies vs alternatives
| Provider | From | Proxy types | Residential pool | Countries | Protocols | Sticky sessions | Visit |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Live Proxies | $10.00 per GB | Residential, Mobile | 10M+ | 55+ | HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS5 | Up to 60 minutes | Visit |
| Decodo | $2.00 per GB | Residential, Mobile, ISP, Static residential, Datacenter | 115M+ | 195+ | HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS5 | — | Visit |
| IPRoyal | $1.75 per GB | Residential, Mobile, ISP, Static residential, Datacenter | 64M+ | 195+ | HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS5 | Up to 7 days | Visit |
| NodeMaven | $2.20 per GB | Residential, Mobile, ISP, Static residential | 30M+ | 190+ | HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS5 | Up to 24 hours | Visit |
Decodo runs a far larger shared residential pool (115M+ claimed IPs in 195+ locations) with ZIP and ASN targeting, sticky sessions of up to 24 hours, a 3-day free trial and a 14-day refund window. Its residential plans cost roughly $2.75 to $3.75 per GB on self-service plans, a fraction of Live Proxies' B2C rates. Choose Decodo for general scraping and testing; choose Live Proxies only if private allocation matters more than price. Read our Decodo proxies review.
IPRoyal sells residential traffic that never expires, with sticky sessions of up to 7 days and residential pricing from $1.75/GB at volume. It also offers ISP and datacenter proxies, which Live Proxies doesn't. It's the better fit for irregular usage and long sessions; Live Proxies is the better fit when you want a fixed, private set of IPs. Read our IPRoyal proxies review.
NodeMaven puts residential and mobile traffic on one balance from $2.20/GB, filters its IPs for quality before assigning them, offers sticky sessions of up to 24 hours and a low-cost trial, and its traffic doesn't expire. It targets the same account-management and multi-accounting audience as Live Proxies but with a shared, pre-filtered pool rather than private allocation. Read our NodeMaven proxies review.

Final verdict
Live Proxies does one thing that most residential providers don't: it gives individual customers a private allocation of residential or mobile IPs instead of a slice of a shared pool. For account management, e-commerce tools and other work where IP reputation on a specific site matters more than raw volume, that's a real and sensible differentiator, and features like rollover, unmetered IP plans and unlimited concurrency support it.
The costs are equally clear. Individual residential traffic runs from $8.75/GB to almost $29/GB in the US, UK and Canada, there's no trial and no refund once you've used a plan, targeting on individual plans stops at country level, and the product range is narrow, with static residential unavailable and mobile limited to three countries. Its documentation also contradicts itself on several points, so confirm protocols and renewal terms with support before you buy. If private IPs are what you need, Live Proxies is worth a small first plan; if you mainly need cheap, flexible residential traffic, one of the alternatives above will serve you better.

Frequently asked questions
How much do Live Proxies cost?
Individual (B2C) rotating residential plans for the US, UK, Canada and most other single-country locations cost $70 to $530 in November 2026, or $8.75 to $28.75 per GB depending on data, IP count and validity period. Random Location plans start at $45, and a Canada-only 100 GB plan works out at $7/GB. Mobile plans cost $70 for 4 GB or $120 for 8 GB, and enterprise residential pricing starts at $2,000 a month for 1 TB ($2/GB), falling to $0.80/GB at 25 TB.
Does Live Proxies have a free trial?
Only for business (B2B) customers. Live Proxies offers a free residential trial to registered businesses with a verifiable online presence, a professional email domain and a legitimate use case, usually after a short call and KYC. Individual buyers get no trial; Live Proxies suggests buying the smallest plan instead.
Can I get a refund from Live Proxies?
Generally no. The refund policy says all sales are final. The only stated exceptions are a refund if you bought the wrong product by accident and haven't used it, requested within 3 days of purchase, and free data, a free extension or sometimes a refund if a technical problem on Live Proxies' side stops you from using the service.
What does private IP allocation mean at Live Proxies?
On individual plans, Live Proxies assigns you a fixed number of residential or mobile IPs (for example 200, 350 or 500) that are not shared with other customers at the same time, instead of giving you access to one big pool shared by all users. IPs behind your list are replaced in the background when they go offline, so a 500-IP plan can cycle through up to about 750 unique IPs over 30 days. Enterprise plans work differently and draw on the wider pool.
How big is the Live Proxies IP pool?
Live Proxies claims 10M+ IPs in 55 countries. Its help center explains that figure as more than 1 million unique IPs every 24 hours and over 10 million across 30 days. It says about 80% of the pool is rotating residential, 15% mobile and 5% static residential.
Does Live Proxies support SOCKS5?
Yes on enterprise (B2B) plans, which support HTTP(S) and SOCKS5. For individual plans the site is inconsistent: the pricing page lists HTTP/S connections, a B2B-versus-B2C table says HTTP only, while a product comparison table and a 2025 help article say SOCKS5 is supported. If you need SOCKS5 on a B2C plan, confirm it with support before buying.
Does Live Proxies require KYC?
Not for individual plans, which activate within about 10 to 20 minutes of purchase without an approval process. Enterprise (B2B) customers go through a KYC check to confirm their use case before they get a trial or a custom plan.
Is Live Proxies legit and safe to use?
Live Proxies sells through a normal Stripe checkout, publishes its terms, refund, privacy and GDPR policies, and says its residential and mobile IPs come from users who opt in through partner apps using its SDK. It doesn't publish independent certifications or a detailed consent flow. As with any proxy, whether your use is legal depends on what you do with it and on the target sites' terms.
Is Live Proxies better than Decodo?
They suit different buyers. Live Proxies gives individual users a private set of IPs on fixed 30 to 90 day plans, which helps with account and e-commerce work, but it costs more per GB and has no trial or refund. Decodo offers a much larger shared pool, ZIP and ASN targeting, a free trial, a 14-day refund and lower per-GB prices, which makes it the easier choice for general scraping.
